Our
professionals are providing the high quality advocacy to get you
back to pre-claim status. Insurance companies can sometimes be,
well… not so generous. You pay insurance premiums each year to make
sure that you will be taken care of, if an incident should occur;
don’t settle for less, by allowing an insurance company to hoard
the money that is due to you.
Call Noble
Public Adjusting Group and speak with one of our highly skilled
public adjusters to begin the restoration process.
Don’t worry, there’s no out of pocket expense, we’re paid by the insurance company. Already filed your claim? No problem, we can still represent you at any point in your claim, even after you’ve been paid!.
A public adjuster is the option no insurance company will tell you about. A public adjuster is a licensed insurance adjuster that works for the public, instead of for the insurance company. When you’ve had to file a claim for some incident, whether it be a car accident, damage to your home or business, or personal injury, you need to hire a public adjuster who “knows the ropes” so to speak, so that your insurance company doesn’t take advantage of you.
Insurance companies have their own adjusters that they send out to assess the legitimacy of an insurance claim, but they often are one-sided, biased, and nit-picky. They scrutinize the damages to avoid awarding proper payment, or deny your claim all together.
P.A. can be hired by you, the insured, to assess the claim, negotiate with the insurance company, and sometimes go to court (as an expert witness) to resolve your claim and get you the money you deserve for restoration of damages. Insurance companies don’t like to deal with public adjusters, so they will often settle at a fair amount to appease the insured (you), and your public adjuster to avoid the hassle and cost of going to court. Your public adjuster is paid out of the money you receive for your claim, so there’s no out of pocket expense, usually.
Many times homeowners and business owners
find themselves in disagreement with the insurance company on the
extent of damages, or the amount of money it will cost to repair
the damages. When the insurance company refuses to bend, you
have the option to demand appraisal.
When you file a claim it is very important to submit an estimate from the contractor of your choice, which outlines all of the damages, with the up to date cost of materials and labor, in a format that the insurance company is familiar with. This we do, provide detailed itemized list.
